Release 4.3.0 (EN)

Release 4.3.0 was released in November 2023. This release includes:

  • personalized Service Desk sites

  • Cloudmersive Virusscan

  • Extended File Upload

  • Bounce Management optimization

  • Fixes and design changes

Personalized Service Desk Sites

There are now 2 personalized Service Desk sites in the User Menu.

  1. Manage usersettings: Enable/Disable the mails you would receive within the Service Desk workflow.

  2. Beobachtete Tickets: a list that shows all of your watched tickets.

Cloudmersive Virusscan

The Service Desk now has the possibility to enable a synchonous virus scan via cloudmersive. Therefore cloudmersive has to be configured within the Universal Manager.

Configuration in Service Desk:

Extended File Upload

There is now the support to upload Logfiles. (.log*/.har*).

Please have in mind that the file size in mails is bigger than shown in a file system.

Bounce Management optimization

The Service Desk now sends notifications about bounces only once in 30 minutes per ticket. This fixes a problem with mail loops when there is an invalid E-Mail address in a Service Desk Group.

 

Fixes and design changes

  • The category charts now can be configured to not show labels at a specific amount of categories in one chart.

  • Design changes in default notifications

  • Design changes for mobile view

  • removed setting for hierarchy_parent_oid.reference.selectorQuery

  • fixed error on saving an empty timestamp field
