Your Universal Messenger environment

Your UM Cloud includes three environments, which are described below.

Test (DEV in e-Spirit’s terminology)

This is the area where Developers can integrate their work in a nearly exact replica of the production environment.

Staging (QA in e-Spirit’s terminology)

This environment is another nearly exact replica of the production environment for testing and to ensure quality before transfer to the Production Environment.

Production (PROD)

This is the actual Production Environment.
