Bug fixes

If the UM is run in the embedded Tomcat (e.g. in a Docker environment), the temporary directory UM/cmsbs-work/tomcat-work/webapps/ is emptied at startup. This eliminates issues that could occur when re-deploying the REST proxy webapp.

In the Tools / Unrecognized bounces view, non-interpretable Date headers from received emails are now ignored.
