There are different editions for the Universal Messenger where each edition has a specific set of features aimed at different target groups or project types. All editions use the same installation file, the edition is determined by the license file which is delivered after purchase.

E-Mail Marketing Edition

The E-Mail Marketing Edition provides all functions for professional newsletter marketing. Send an unlimited number of newsletters to any number of subscribers and, if necessary, complete the customer database by two additional attributes for free. If you want to expand your customer dialogue beyond e-mail marketing, an upgrade to a higher edition of the Universal Messenger is easily available. 

Customer Interaction Edition

Develop an excellent customer loyalty using the Customer Interaction Edition! Based on a flexible customer database, which can be adapted without limitation and extended by multidimensional profile data, you can customize your contact management to individual requirements. Thanks to the comprehensive options for roles and rights distribution, also internal work processes can be optimized to meet the needs of your internal users. In addition, all the features of the E-mail Marketing Edition are available. 

Realtime Targeting Edition

With the Realtime Targeting Edition, you can provide your website visitors with personalized content at any time. Benefit from a reliable real time tracking and extensive segmentations based on behavioral and socio-demographic data, enabling not only an individual customer approach, but also the cross-device identification of all users. Up to 500,000 operations per week are recorded in this edition by the Universal Messenger, an extension being possible at any time. 

CXM Edition

The CXM Edition of the Universal Messenger offers all the tools for the perfect customer dialogue - whether e-mail marketing, real time targeting, or a comprehensive, flexibly expandable customer database. To meet the individual requirements of your projects, you can always supplement the Universal Messenger with additional apps or use the Core Scripting Engine (CSE) for individual extensions.
