There are ways to randomly generate entries:

• Demo data job (requires a special license option)

• Use the dedicated demo data CSE library de.pinuts.cmsbs.DemoData

To export a certain List, Segment, Job, Plugin instance or Mailing template, edit the object in question without actually changing anything and open Tools / History Log.

Click the magnifier button to the right and find the history log entry corresponding to your last editing operation.

Open the details for that history entry and click Copy to clipboard.
